spaghetti bolognese receipe

i just cooked it yesterday, and my mom's reaction was liked "erm, sedap.! " in other words, it was delicious.
so, i kinda wanna share the recipe of my own bolognese. so, here goes nothing.
p/s : i don't used Prego..!! and it was awesome!

ingredients :
1 bowl of minced meat [ you can either choose chicken if you want to, it's optional ] [remember to wash it thoroughly with running water and a little bit of flour]
1 tin of tomato puree [ depends on how much of your meat ]
1 tablespoon of chili sauce
1 heap teaspoon of OREGANO
1 Bombay onion [ or in malay we say it as BAWANG BESAR ]
5 cloves of garlic
1 stick of celery
1/2 stick of carrot
1 fresh tomato
salt
pepper [ i put about 1 tablespoon ]

how to cook it??
1. first and far-most, you need to mince your onion and garlic cloves [ dadukan kecik2 ye ].
2. for the celery, just cut it into smaller size.. and as for the carrot, just peel the skin, slice it as thin as possible, as you don't wanna have a chunky carrot in your sauce. for the tomato, just do the same as the celery
3. mix the tomato puree, chili sauce and oregano in a bowl
...and now, it is time to cook...
4. saute the minced garlic and onion in a hot sauce pan or anything you have, with a little bit of oil + butter..
5. right after that, put in the carrot and celery. saute it in until they are golden in colour, remember, under medium heat.! you don't wanna burn your stuffs..!
6. now, it is the time to put in the minced meat.. cook it until most of the water is drained.. if it doesn't occurs, just drizzle about 1 tblspoon of flour and stir properly..
7. just after the meat is well cook, pour in the puree mixture..
8. stir well, add in salt and pepper, let it cook for about 5mins, remove from heat and ready to serve.

p/s : remember to cook the sauce under medium heat...
