i just cooked it yesterday, and my mom's reaction was liked "erm, sedap.! " in other words, it was delicious.
so, i kinda wanna share the recipe of my own bolognese. so, here goes nothing.
p/s : i don't used Prego..!! and it was awesome!
ingredients :
1 bowl of minced meat [ you can either choose chicken if you want to, it's optional ] [remember to wash it thoroughly with running water and a little bit of flour]
1 tin of tomato puree [ depends on how much of your meat ]
1 tablespoon of chili sauce
1 heap teaspoon of OREGANO
1 Bombay onion [ or in malay we say it as BAWANG BESAR ]
5 cloves of garlic
1 stick of celery
1/2 stick of carrot
1 fresh tomato
salt
pepper [ i put about 1 tablespoon ]
how to cook it??
1. first and far-most, you need to mince your onion and garlic cloves [ dadukan kecik2 ye ].
2. for the celery, just cut it into smaller size.. and as for the carrot, just peel the skin, slice it as thin as possible, as you don't wanna have a chunky carrot in your sauce. for the tomato, just do the same as the celery
3. mix the tomato puree, chili sauce and oregano in a bowl
...and now, it is time to cook...
4. saute the minced garlic and onion in a hot sauce pan or anything you have, with a little bit of oil + butter..
5. right after that, put in the carrot and celery. saute it in until they are golden in colour, remember, under medium heat.! you don't wanna burn your stuffs..!
6. now, it is the time to put in the minced meat.. cook it until most of the water is drained.. if it doesn't occurs, just drizzle about 1 tblspoon of flour and stir properly..
7. just after the meat is well cook, pour in the puree mixture..
8. stir well, add in salt and pepper, let it cook for about 5mins, remove from heat and ready to serve.

p/s : remember to cook the sauce under medium heat...

lasagna (recipe)
okay.. i do realize that some of you guys do want the recipe for my lasagna..
so, here goes nothing
for the beef sauce (lagi byk meat korg, lg byk la tomato puree n prego kena letak, jgn smpai msm)
about rm15 of minced meat.
1tin tomato puree
8sudu besar prego original, kalau nk byk pun xkesah ( kalau guna yang tin merah, pakai 1tin ) yg ni utk yg kaca pnya
1bwg kuning [dadu kecik2]
garam
black n white pepper
how?
hurm.. it is so damn simple! haha
1. tumis bwg smpai naik bau.. wangi!!
2. masukkan minced meat.. [ oke, basuh minced meat dgn 1-2sudu besar tepung, nak hilangkan darah]
3. kacau skali dgn bwg, api sederhana, takut hangus.. smpai air daging tu da lesap..
4. masukkan tomato puree dan prego td...
5. kacau smpai rata dan masukkan garam + black n white pepper.

oke, 1st skali, salutkan bekas korang tu dgn butter skit..
oke.. lepas tu, letak sos daging td, layer kn dgn sos putih, letak cheese dan tutup dgn kepingan lasagna
2nd layer atas kepingan tu, repeat the same step smpai berapa layer yang korg nk buat...
and remember.! the last and upmost layer should be just the meat sauce and cheese!!
oke. preheat your oven at 170 or 180 or 190 dgree clcius.. bake this lasagna for about 45 mins..
bila oven da berbunyi... maka keluarkan dan hidangkan... caution, it is extremely HOT!!

sape suka kena marah, tengking...
ak rasa xde sape suka kan.??? tapi kenapa.. aku sentiasa dipersalahkan??
kenapa lao org tu marah dkt org lain, tp aku yg selalu kena?????
kenapa??
bila ak asyik dipersalahkan, aku sedar, hati aku jadi keras... susah nk dilembutkan lagi...
aku rasa macam aku da jadi org lain.. aku rasa aku da jadi macam seseorang yg pendendam...
memang orang kata, marah kerana sayang... tapi aku rasa, marah ada level dia... ada tahap dia...
tapi, kalao kuar ayat macam2 dari mulut seseorg, tu bukan marah.... maki pun ada...
aku sabar... aku tahu, mungkin ini dugaan dari Allah..... tapi, aku juga sedar, aku manusia biasa, lemah...
kadang2 aku x tao nk luahkan dekat sape, jadi aku pendamkan saja masalah2 aku... biar aku sorg je yg faham...

kenangan
mungkin ramai yg berkata, "mcm da lama je bdak nie keje"..
maaf... tekaan anda sgt salah.... saya baru je bekerja sbg PSH di sini utk 3bln... tu pun blom ag 3bln....
hampir.. hampir.. tak lama je lagi..
bermula lah kisah saya, NURINA NABILAH atau NURIN di PTPTN...
dpt pggilan tepon dr ptptn pd jumaat petang, 6.4.12... egtkn nk tuntut byr hutang pnjaman, padahal da langsai kot.. cuak punya cuak, tetibe, akak tu ckp, nk keje x? hari isnin nie free tak.? reaksi pun mcm, yup.. mmg free.. keje? bley je kot... so, kak shyda tu pun surow la dtg pada hari isnin 9.4.12..... utk lapor diri.... cuak kot.. sbb xkenal sape2... sorg2 masok.... so, bermulalah perkenalan dgn kak zura, kak ita, kak zima, kak ina, syah dan zaki... hehe.. slps bergurau senda n berkenalan satu sama lain, sgt bersyukur bila dpt tao, aku n k.zura sama bahagian.... BSP or skrg ni JPRD... haha.. so kitaorg pun msokla sma2.... lapor diri dkt k.min.. bwk la msok dlm bilik permohonan.... err... msok2 org dlm bilik tu diperkenalkn diri oleh k.mina... haha.. n then yg lawaknya sbb ada DAN.! hehe... sume muka mcm grang je.. so aku pun takot la.... tp rupanya, stelah lama berkenalan.. bwu lah tao.... k.yaya, k.ila, k.mida, k.haya, k.shila, k.ainun, k.dila, nasir, ain, faezah, intan sume mmg sporting org nya.... tp, aku dok dlm bilik tu 2hari je... aku n k.zura kena dok luar, sbb empunya tmpt duduk kitaorg iaitu k.shila n k.haya da dtg blek.. haha.. xkesah pun... so, duk je la luar, bwat keje yg sama., dok semak borang sspn... pastu beberapa minggu lepas tu, aku n k.zura diajar utk wat asing.. n masa tu la, berkenalan dgn k.watie, k.jie n k.ida... lama2 kitaorg kena wat kemaskini plak.. tp xlama...sbb pastu ada rombakan.. nama aku ditarik msok bahagian dokumentasi..sama dgn k.watie, k.jie and k.ida... k.zura ditarik msok dlm permohonan.. aku pun jd mcm tunggang langgang jugak la.. sbb org dokumentasi, aku just kenal siti je...... huhu.... still wat keje sama, kemaskini, lipat surat/kad, lipat sampul kecil(file)... tp xpe, experience itu penting... oh yeah, lupa.. aku pun dpt bos baru. haha.. en.hafizul anuar bin ghazali.. or aku pggil dia en.pijo... stlah hampir dua bln dok situ.. aku pun beranikn diri utk berkenalan dgn akak2 sila... so, mula2 aku rapat dgn sorg akak nie.. dia ada bantal upin. haha nama dia, k.wani.. aku pggil dia upin.. slmba je kan.?? tp sblm aku kenal dia, aku n beberapa bdak2 dokumentasi nie kena la wat keje WPP kt tgkt 4.. so aku pun berkenalan plak ngn k.ekin n k.najwa... akak2 bilik fail.. hehe.. n xlupa, k.aza... akak key-in... egtkn diorg nie garang2 blaka, tgk2 sporting gaks.. p/s : don't judge the book by its cover.... haha... so, bila da start rapat.. baru lah aku mulakn ukhwah dgn akak2 yg leyn... bermula dgn jiran k.wani... si singa betina..haha aku mula2 ckp la kt siti n k.wani.. " ahhahaha nk tergelak aku dibuatnya....... jap2 benti jap..... tetibe, ak dpt tao yg k.mida da nk benti...... tarikh last dia keje, 20.6.2012...... sedyh aku...... tp xpe, atleast ak da spent masa dgn dia.. hari jumaat, slalu kuar sama2 dgn dia,k.yaya n k.shila time lunch-break..... n ada farewell steambot party utk dia pd hari sabtu.. just 4days before she resigned.... oh, i miss her so much... she's cute! haha dia la peneman pg solat zohor... termasok juga peneman2 ku yg laen, iaitu k.jie n k.ida...... oke, smbg citer yg best plak....beberapa ari kendian... k.wani plak yg "resigned" due to her contract...dunno why... so.. tempat dia kosong.. and dia pnah ckp, " nurin duduk la tmpat akak, teman bff akak, kak emma tu.. nanti sian dia bosan sorg2 "........ so, dgn beraninya, aku pun duduk tmpt k.wani sblh k.emma or ak pggil dia...KAK HAYLEY... ahha.... baru 1minggu aku rapat dgn dia.. she's kind, strict, funny and so-on.... sume perangai dia ada... tp lao dia melawak.. mak aih... the avengers
well, i do know, the movie was like awesome right.? AWESOME.! just awesome.
it is an action movie, but, it was also funny in some ways.. what i'm trying to say is, they included some jokes, some silly jokes in the movie too.. i really like when IRON-MAN and THOR started to quarrel bout something in the jungle.. well, it was quite funny though..
i realized it was a movie that people would say worth-it watching...and i say, well, i didn't have time to watch this awesome movie at GSC or TGV, but i just downloaded it yesterday...so, it was quite worth it....
whom do i like the most? of course my IRON-MAN.!! woohoooo!! he is a genius, wealthy man.!! damn.! ahha he did change for a better life. to protect the world... and then, i do adore CAPTAIN AMERICA and also BLACK WIDOW [ hey! i'm a girl, so do need to support this character too]
so, here we go again..

speechless. effortless. no feeling.
seriously..
it's been a hectic working days for me for this week..
problems..
life without problems are nothing.
it wouldn't be called as life if we aren't facing any problems...
but, if someone causes you such humiliation..
wouldn't you feel ashamed..
but, if someone causes your tears to fall easily..
wouldn't you feel pathetic..sad etc.
but, if someone causes you to be such in anger..
wouldn't you feel mad..
it is just a simple calculation about feelings..
can't you just think?
i ain't complaining about my life..
nope.! but i just wanted to share..
since it has been awhile.
i just hope, people can respect my feelings..
not just assuming i'm young.. i'm living in a carefree lifestyle..

and being pathetic is not my choice.
i do have feelings.
