OK.! BACK TO BUSINESS..
nothing much i can say about it..every single person in this world do have their own stomach aite?
the same process of the human stomach is happening in every human body aite?
i'm not telling i do have a "good-looking-flat" stomach, nope.! NA-AH!
i just wanna say..we are still young and vibe..so, it's kinda hard for us to maintain our body shape..
yeah, because we are still young [again, i repeat]..and also, like my mom always, and still keep saying it..she said " you are still a student, do control your eating..never skip your meal, cause it will affect your health, thus affect your studies "..so, do enjoy your eating, but in a control manner or way or diet..
these stuffs or things i used to do when i was quite "berisi"...

1. i used to drink 2 glasses of plain water before every meal..
 ---> why?? the reason is simple. to make me feel full and thus, it will prevent me from increasing/adding my food portion.
2. i used to walk around or do some exercise with my mom in the evening and jog with my dad
--->  nowadays, NA-AH.! i don't even get the chance to go the park or anywhere [ malas actually lol ]..but, i used to swim with my mom at least twice a week...because, swimming do help us a lot..breathing..and it can also help us to maintain our body figure..and treadmill.! ahah.! is also good.! set your limit..and try to reach your limit or try to exceed your limit, day by day...
3. i used to eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink lots of fruit juices..
---> the fibers that contains in fruits and vegetables can help your digestive systems..so do consume a lot oke!
and btw, fruit juices can make your skin more smooth and.........[ fikir2kn la..haha ]

so..i think those are some tips i can give...but nowadays..the laziness in myself had made me so hard to do all the above..hehe
never mind, i'll try,...haha

p/s : never stop trying and do believe in yourself..but, never force yourself too hard..as sometimes, it can harm you instead of giving you benefits...
